Process Sequence

How the System Works

An integrated 6-stage process engineered to recover clean energy from municipal solid biomass and wet organic waste simultaneously.

01 Front-End

Feedstock Preparation

Segregated biomass, RDF, and organic municipal solid waste are shredded, classified, and homogenized into standardized slurry and dry fractions for optimized reactor feed.

02 Thermal

Two-Stage Gasification

Pre-conditioned dry biomass undergoes controlled dual-stage thermal gasification, converting solid hydrocarbons into high-energy synthesis gas containing CO, H₂, CH₄, and CO₂.

03 Purification

Syngas Cooling & Dust Removal

Hot synthesis gas passes through heat exchangers to harvest process heat, followed by cyclonic filtration and wet scrubbing to eliminate fly ash and particulate carryover.

04 Biological

Anaerobic Digestion

Wet organic slurry feeds high-rate anaerobic digester tanks, where specialized bacterial consortia/Enzymes digest volatile solids and Syngas to generate methane rich Biogas.

05 Upgrading

Gas Cleaning & Upgrading

Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) trace contaminants are stripped, followed by Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) / amine scrubbing to selectively isolate carbon dioxide from pure biomethane.

06 Logistics

Compression & Cascaded Storage

Upgraded Bio CNG is pressurized via multi-stage compressors up to 250 bar (3,600 psi) and transferred directly to heavy-duty mobile cylinder cascades for vehicle dispensing or pipeline injection.

Resource Recovery

Three Useful Output Streams

A true circular economy model where zero material goes to landfills — transforming waste into clean energy, statutory agricultural inputs, and industrial gas.

Bio CNG (250 Bar)

Ultra-pure, methane-rich compressed natural gas routed to high-pressure cylinder cascades for clean vehicular transit, industrial thermal boilers, and municipal captive power generation.

Recovered CO₂

Purified, captured carbon dioxide stream redirected for commercial agricultural greenhouse enrichment, algae cultivation, or dry-ice and industrial chemical synthesis.

Digestate Bio-Products

Solid-liquid decanting separates rich fermented slurry into odorless solid organic bio-fertilizer for regenerative farm soils, alongside nutrient-rich liquid foliar fertilizer.

Engineering Verification Note: Values, stage configurations, and equipment specifications depicted above reflect standard EBPL baseline deployment parameters. Site-specific gas composition, thermal ratings, flow velocities, and statutory safety enclosures are calibrated per Detailed Project Report (DPR) engineering reviews.
